Q: When the mask is applied, there is a slight prickly feeling on my face. Is this normal?
A: Yes, a minor prickly feeling on the skin is normal as the mask’s nutrients penetrate quickly into your skin. However, if the sting persists for a long time, scrape off with the spatula immediately and rinse with warm water.

Q: How long should I leave the mask on my face?
A: Dry or dehydrated skin types may leave the mask on for longer periods of time (up to 20 minutes) whereas dehydrated-caused oily skin or acne-prone skin should use it for shorter (around 5 minutes).

Our lab tests estimate the average time for results to show is 8 minutes, but everyone’s skin is different, so feel free to adjust your own application time to your preference.
